Shaping the Future of Your Union IEA Delegate Assembly

The Idaho Education Association’s Delegate Assembly is the union’s largest annual meeting, where members come together to shape the organization’s direction. It’s democracy in action as delegates from across the state set IEA’s goals and priorities for the year. Over two days, hundreds of delegates connect, collaborate, and make decisions on policy, the budget, and legislative priorities while celebrating progress in public education.
