GOT A SUMMER INSTITUTE CLASS IDEA?

TELL US ABOUT IT! The Center for Teaching and Learning is asking for 2026 Summer Institute class proposals. Classes can be 90 minutes, three hours or six hours. The deadline for class proposals is Feb. 2.

 

About Summer Institute 2026

IEA’s Summer Institute 2026 will be held on the beautiful campus of Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston July 28-31. Participants can earn up to four professional recertification credits through Idaho State University.

This year’s theme is “Clues to Excellence: Unlocking the Secrets of Success.”

Offered by IEA’s Center for Teaching and Learning, the conference is IEA and CTL’s premier professional development event of the year for educators. It’s free for IEA members, including lodging and meals. Non-member educators may attend for a fee or can join the IEA here

We hope you join your fellow educators for four fantastic days of professional and personal learning, networking and camaraderie.
