IEA Election Guidelines - EXHIBIT K-1

The following guidelines provide specific information about nomination, campaigning, and balloting for office—or conducting others’ campaigns—within the IEA/NEA. The Idaho Education Association/National Education Association is classified as a labor organization and is therefore subject to NEA election laws and the federal Landrum-Griffin Act.
