NEA Management Collective Bargaining Financial Forum

This National Education Association forum focuses on the financial side of management-side collective bargaining. Participants look at strategies and tools for understanding the costs behind bargaining: budgeting, costing proposals, benefits and long-term financial obligations, and keeping agreements sustainable for the organization. The forum is geared toward association leaders and management staff who work on contract negotiations from the employer side.
