Horner scores during football game: Boise Education Association and Idaho Education Association Board of Directors member Cassie Horner was one of several educators honored during the recent Boise State Broncos football game on Sept. 5. Horner was one of 11 educators to receive a $1,000 grant from the College Football Playoff Foundation’s “Extra Yard for Teachers” program.

Caucuses walk the walk: The IEA LGBTQ+ Caucus and the Women and Minorities Caucus celebrated Boise Pride by walking the event’s annual parade.
