A few things to know about Children's Fund grant requests:
  • The Fund request MUST come from an IEA member.
  • Requests MUST include a name and contact information of another member, school nurse, counselor, or principal who can verify the student’s need.
  • Requests over $300.00 may require IEA Children’s Fund Board approval.
  • IEA Members are limited to $1000.00 per year.
  • The Fund request cannot be used for rent or utilities, home improvements, funeral expenses, capital equipment, or create a contractual obligation.
  • Some requests may be limited or denied based on IEA Children’s Fund policy.
  • All approved request will be paid within 7-10 business days.  We may need to contact you for additional information.
