When you learn with IEA, you learn from the pros. You’ll be guided through the ins and outs of bargaining from Idaho Education Association region directors who have years of experience assisting members just like you. These experienced professionals tailor each year’s training based on current issues, changing laws, and proven practices.
It's free! CBC classes are free for Idaho Education Association members, but you must register in advance.
Training is for everyone. Whether you’re a first-time negotiator or a seasoned bargainer, you’ll discover practical content and tips to take your experience to the next level.
IEA trainings are proven to be effective. A survey of last year’s cohort shows just how effective these trainings are: All surveyed participants said that participating in CBC trainings increased the effectiveness of their bargaining team and improved their bargaining outcomes.
