Watch outstanding educators — including IEA's own Melyssa Ferro! — as they are honored at the NEA Foundation's 2026 Salute to Excellence in Education. Ferro, a longtime member of the Caldwell Education Association, is one of only five educators in the country to be honored as a finalist for the Horace Mann Award. Tune into the livestream on Feb. 13 and support Ferro from afar!
