- Having difficult conversations

- Back-to-school fairs
- May Matters
- Membership
Why it matters: The training is designed to help LUPs — whether they’re just stepping into leadership or have been presidents for years — learn best practices. It’s just one of the many trainings available to IEA members who wish to strengthen their skills and discover how best to work with each other and take advantage of the union’s many resources.
