Regional Bargaining Collaboration | Regions 3 & 8

Let’s build negotiating power in our region! We will begin analyzing our contracts and language in Region 8 and Region 3 before CBC negotiations training starts on January 23rd. At this collaboration, we will prioritize what items each team in Region 8 and Region 3 would like to take to the table. This will allow our teams to be prepared with goals when we head into IEA bargaining training in January.
