IEA Train the Trainers

Description

This two-day session will prepare you to become a trainer of adult learners. You will learn adult learning theory, strategies for adult learners, how to create agendas for adult courses as well as how to present yourself professionally in a training setting. Participants include those who have been chosen to become IEA Certified Trainers as well as those who are interested in becoming trainers in the future.

After you have completed the course, you will have the option to apply to become an IEA Certified Trainer. There are two NNU credits available for this course. This course is open to IEA members only. Space is limited.
