IEA – Local Strategic Planning Retreat Part 2

This is an invite only meeting.

This is Part Two of the Strategic Planning process for all Targeted Locals that have submitted strategic plans to the IEA and have had them approved for the first half of 2018-19.

Teams will be analyzing their plans as well as their local process – what worked and what didn’t — and making adjustments based on that study. Teams will also be creating new goals for the rest of the 2018-19 year. This is a wonderful opportunity for teams to learn together and to share and learn from other targeted locals from across the state of Idaho.
