Idaho Education Association’s Delegate Assembly is the highest governing body of the association. This annual, democratic business meeting determines the goals and priorities for the association in the coming year. It also allows members to reinvigorate their IEA spirit and celebrate successes from the past year.
Hundreds of delegates representing nine regions and over 100 locals/chapters across Idaho come together for the two-day event. Delegates caucus with others from their region, propose new IEA policies (new business items), approve IEA’s annual budget, and endorse new resolutions and legislative goals.
This is an IEA member’s only event. If you would like to become a delegate, contact your local president.
