Bargaining Training – Region 6

This training is an opportunity for local presidents and their bargaining teams to meet with other teams from locals across EROC to coordinate bargaining topics and methods.        

We will have IEA staff on hand to assist with training teams as well as answer questions and guide teams through the process of bargaining.

• Discuss bargaining topics & issues we all have in common and/or are regional
• Breakout sessions based on need and interest
• Apportionment and finance information from the state
• Latest changes in any laws that may affect your bargain
• A customized workshop driven by responses from a survey given to teams ahead of time
