IEA | Google Applications For Teachers: The Overview | virtual

Google For Teachers will be an overview of many of the Google For Education Applications. We will accelerate quickly through the basics of each of the applications and look at how to use it effectively in your classroom for teacher, student, and family use. This class is taught from the perspective of an elementary teacher. However, secondary teachers are welcome to join as well! We will look at GMail, Google Drive, Sheets, Doc, Slides, Forms, Sites, Jamboard, and Classroom. We will also look briefly into how the different Google Applications can integrate together.

There will be work time built in to make sure that you are understanding the material and interacting with the material in a meaningful way. It might work best for participants to have two screens or devices, so they can watch and play at the same time. You should walk away feeling more comfortable with Google Applications for Education.
