IEA members will receive a thumb drive loaded with the Charlotte Danielson

Framework and components to record information for teacher evaluation.

You will learn how to utilize this resource as you gather evidence of effective teaching practices in each of the four domains as laid out by Danielson’s

Framework for Teachers; this tool will help you organize your evidence and guide your planning. The first portion of the training will be focused on engaging in professional conversations about evaluation. The second portion will be a hands on computer application of the Tool Kit resource. This is a valuable and timely training as we approach the 2nd half of our school year.
