Idaho Education Association members will hold two 2025 elections for union leadership opportunities at the state and national levels. Nominations for the IEA Board of Directors election and the election to select IEA’s delegates to the National Education Association’s 2025 Representative Assembly are now open.
“More than ever, the member-driven nature of the Idaho Education Association is essential to the vibrancy and success of our union,” said IEA President Layne McInelly. “The guidance and leadership of our members — Idaho’s most important education experts — are our greatest collective strengths. It’s your voice that determines goals, focus and action in our union.”

2025 NEA Representative Assembly
