CTL | Safeguard Your Career: Evaluation Toolkit and Idaho Code of Ethics | Hayden

The first half of the class will equip participants with essential knowledge of professional ethics, focusing on the ten principles that Idaho educators must uphold. Participants will examine real cases submitted to the Professional Standards Commission, ensuring they are prepared to perform their duties with the highest integrity and confidence.

The second half of the training will provide participants with tools to optimize their evaluations. Participants will gain proactive strategies for documenting their practices and will leave with a comprehensive Evaluation Toolkit that organizes professional evidence. This Toolkit is designed to help educators adopt best teaching practices and provide evidence to their evaluator to achieve higher ratings on the Danielson Framework.
