CTL | Train the Trainers – Advanced | Boise

This class will help you hone your skills as a trainer of adult learners. You will learn about adult learning theory, strategies for adult learners, how to create agendas for appropriate pacing for adult courses, and more. We will also have a large block of time devoted to creating new trainings and collaborating with other trainers. This is for IEA Center for Teaching and Learning Certified Trainers and is a requirement for new trainers. ** 2 credits are available through ISU for this training.** The class will be held Nov. 8, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Nov. 9, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., MST.
