IEA 2022

Summer Institute

Enhance your classroom, improve your skills, and more!

WHEN:  July 27th – July 30th, 2022

Your adventure starts here!

The 2022 Summer Institute is four days of the best professional development available for public school educators and support staff offered in the state of Idaho. “Into the Future” is this year’s theme and will be an in-person event at Lewis – Clark State College in Lewiston July 27-30. We will also offer two online strands July 27 and 28 for those not able to attend in person. You can earn up to 4 credits for the in-person institute, and up to 2 credits for the online portion. These credits are available through ISU for $55/each.

You will be able to personalize your training schedule for each day of Summer Institute. Each day will have a variety of sessions consisting of 90-minute, half-day, and full-day offerings. This allows you to choose the professional development that best meets your need as you journey “Into the Future” of your career.

All times listed for Summer Institute activities and classes are in the PACIFIC TIME ZONE.

Registration and dorm check-in will take place the evening of Tuesday, July 26. Check-in begins at 4 pm in the Williams Conference Center. Once you register, join us for the Into the Future Social which runs from 4 pm to 6 pm and will feature appetizers, a No-Host-Bar, music, vendor tables and a “Picture Your Future Self” Photo Booth. Also, bring your items to donate to the silent auction to benefit the IEA Political Action Committee.
