Idaho completed an 80-day legislative session Wednesday, with a flurry of activity in their three days of meeting this week, which took them beyond their targeted adjournment date of March 24.
After passing both chambers by wide margins, the education funding bills now only await a signature from the governor, and no further education policy bills are expected in this session.
After working through a backlog of bills, the Senate made quick work of the seven education bills, passing all of them unanimously with very little debate.
