Meetings continue statewide about the Luna plan. Here are ones we know of.
Wednesday, February 23 - Idaho Falls - An Idaho Falls District 91-sponsored community forum on potential impacts of the Luna legislation is set for 7 p.m. in the auditorium at Taylorview Junior High, 350 Castlerock Lane, Idaho Falls.
Thursday, February 24 - Aberdeen - A community meeting is set for 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 33 N. Main St.
Thursday, February 24 - Nampa - The Idaho PTA will host a meeting at 7 p.m. at Endeavor Elementary School, 2824 E. Victory Rd.
Statewide community forums have been instrumental in helping people understand more about the Luna plan. Here's a list of meetings that have already been held:
Wednesday, February 2 - Community forum at Sandcreek Middle School cafeteria, 2955 Owen St., Ammon. 4 p.m. Sponsored by the Bonneville Education Association.
Wednesday, February 2 - Community forum co-sponsored by the Moscow School District and Moscow Education Association, 4 p.m. at the Moscow Junior High Multipurpose Room, 1410 E. D St.
Wednesday, February 2 - Caldwell community forum, 4:30 p.m. at the Caldwell Public Library, 1010 Dearborn St. Sponsored by the Caldwell Education Association.
Wednesday, February 2 - Community forum, 7 p.m., Borah High School, 6001 Cassia St., Boise. Sponsored by Boise School District parent-teacher organizations.
Wednesday, February 2 - Community forum sponsored by the Rexburg and Fremont Education Associations, 7:30 p.m. in the Madison High School Auditorium, 134 Madison Ave., Rexburg.
Thursday, February 3 - Community forum at 3:30 p.m. in the Filer Elementary School Library, 700 Stevens Ave. Sponsored by the Filer Education Association.
Thursday, February 3 - Community forum and Q&A at 7 p.m. in the Vallivue Middle School Auditorium, 16412 S. 10th Ave., Caldwell. Sponsored by the Vallivue Education Association.
Friday, February 4 - Bear Lake community meeting sponsored by Mayor Reed Peterson and the Bear Lake Education Association, 6 p.m., Bear Lake High School Fine Arts Room, 330 Boise St., Montpelier. Learn about the Luna plan and its potential impact on Bear Lake Schools.
Saturday, February 5 - Community forum with state Rep. John Rusche, 10:30 a.m. at the Sage Bakery, 1303 Main Street, Lewiston.
Saturday, February 5 - An Education Town Hall is set for 1 to 3 p.m. at the Coeur d'Alene Public Library, 702 E. Front Ave., Coeur d'Alene. Sponsored by teachers of the Coeur d'Alene School District.
Monday, February 7 - Community forum at the Columbia High School Auditorium, 301 S. Happy Valley Road, Nampa. 4 p.m. Sponsored by the Nampa Education Association.
Monday, February 7 - Idaho Parents and Teachers Together rally on the Statehouse steps, 5 to 6 p.m.
Monday, February 7 - Community Forum for Education sponsored by the Fruitland Education Association, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Fruitland High School band room, 501 Iowa Avenue. Come see the negotiated agreement between the Fruitland School District and the Fruitland Education Association; ask questions; and get more information on the education bills proposed by Superintendent Luna and the impact they may have on the Fruitland schools.
Monday, February 7 - An education information meeting about the Luna proposal is set for 6 p.m. at Hansen Elementary School, 350 Walnut Ave. W. Sponsored by Hansen Education Association.
Monday, February 7 - A community forum is set for 6 to 8 p.m. at Templin's Resort, 414 E. First Ave.
Monday, February 7 - A public forum and rally on the Luna plan are set for 6:30 p.m. in the Williams Conference Center at Lewis and Clark State College, corner of 4th Street and 9th Avenue, Lewiston.
Monday, February 7 - Community forum at 7 p.m., Twin Falls High School Roper Auditorium, 1615 Filer Ave. E., Twin Falls.
Monday, February 7 - A community forum is set for 7 p.m. in Richfield.

Tuesday, February 8 - Community forums in the media centers at Franklin (2271 E. Terry St.), Hawthorne (1025 W. Eldredge), and Irving (911 N. Grant St.) Middle Schools in Pocatello. Each is set for 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sponsored by the Pocatello Education Association.

Thursday, February 10 - The McCall-Donnelly School District and the McCall-Donnelly Education Association are jointly sponsoring a community forum at 7 p.m. at the McCall-Donnelly High School commons, 401 N. Mission, McCall.
