The Idaho Education Association Legal Services Program provides legal services to IEA members who have had adverse employment actions taken against them, or who have suffered legally-actionable harm in the workplace, such as deprivation of statutory and constitutional rights.
If You Have Legal Concerns…
If you are concerned, experiencing difficulty, or simply have a question, contact your Region Office immediately for an assessment of your situation. More often than not, Region Directors have the experience and knowledge to answer your questions and resolve issues with administrators and school districts. However, if it is determined that the situation requires legal intervention, the Region Director will contact the legal office on your behalf and refer your matter for further action.
